Mike-EL & G.I.Jolie had the chance to sit down with Black Lightning creator Tony Isabella at the Great Lakes Comic-Con! Isabella discusses the creation of the character and the upcoming TV series on the CW.
Also, Isabella makes some candid remarks about DC’s 90s series Hawkworld, which served as a reboot of Hawkman, a character he wrote throughout the 1980s.
