Wanda must come to terms with the fact that she is a Scarlet Witch. According to the Darkhold, a Scarlet Witch is an all powerful being who is born with great power, has the ability to bend reality, and can cast magic without using incantations. Agatha sees the power getting stronger in Wanda and wants it for her own.
Wanda places runes on the walls of the Hex. In the previous episode we are told that this is basic magic that makes it so that only the witch who cast them can preform magic within their boundaries. Wanda is a quick study, and with Agatha powerless, she takes all of her energy back, including Agatha’s. Wanda transforms into the Scarlet Witch, complete with a leather outfit.
You’re a vision in white, White Vision
Hayward successfully reanimates Vision’s leftover body parts using remnants of Wanda’s chaos magic that he scrapped from a drone, createing an all-white version of the synthezoid. White Vision flies in to Westview to kill Wanda Maximoff, but is stopped by Vision of Westview.
Just as the hand-to-hand combat comes to a head, it turns into a rational conversation. Vision and White Vision reason that separately they are not the Vision, one created by hex magic and the other made of parts, and that together they make a whole. Vision transfers his memories in to White Vision who, satisfied with the new information, flies off.
